And so we come to the fifth anniversary of what Americans call 9/11, and what the rest of us call September the 11th. "A day that will live in infamy"...not sure who said it, and even if it was about 9/11, but it is undoubtedly true... for anyone who witnessed it either on Tv as it happened, or on the ground looking up, it was a truly unprecedented event.
Interesting that we venerate the firefighters who died saving people (much kudos to them...), and yet the world continues to reject the one man who died for the sake of us all: Jesus Christ, the Son of God.
On another note, I have been spending a lot of time with friend Lisa who is due to have her first baby (Oscar) any second...every time I see her, she says "pray that he will come tomorrow"...now she says " when you wake up in the morning, pray that he comes today"!! she is very keen to meet him!!
